  • Worker’s Compensation and the Veteran’s Administration base Social Security on percentages of Disability
  • Under the Social Security Act, you must prove 100% Disability. in order to receive Benefits
  • Social Security will determine if you have a Physical or Mental Disability that prevents you from working regular and sustained work hours
  • You must show that you cannot work for 12 months, that you have not worked for 12 months, or that you expect not to work for 12 months
